Anyone brought their implants seperate to their surgery?

I'm thinking of getting implants I have recently heard ts cheaper if you buy them seperately and then pay for the surgery, has anyone done this? How much was this, do you think it was better?
How many sizes did you go up and do you think it was worth it?
Any advice much appreciated..

if you get implants dont go any bigger than a d or you will look gross. its not about big boobs anymore, its about looking natural!
hello i have never personally had this done as I am 15 years old and i am a male but I asked my father--- who is a junior plastic surgeon about this and he says that it depends on where you get it done. However, he asked me to tell you that it is quite unsafe to buy your own implants as clinics prefer to use their own implants as they know that they are of a high quality and that they meet safety regulations.
NHS hospitals only use their own implants as they have strict safety rules to stick to. I hope that this helps and good luck if you decide to go ahead with the surgery.
