Apart from miscarriage, what can cause loss of tissue during menstruation?

... the "tissue" resembling clear/whitish skin approximately 2x7cm or 1x3 inches.Apart from miscarriage, what can cause loss of tissue during menstruation?
Sounds like uterine lining. It's normal during the menstral cycle. Found this out with my ex. Her um...yeah was bigger than normal so she had it checked out. Have it checked to be on the safe side but likely, just the uterine lining.
From what I recall from biology, there is a normal tissue loss during menstruation, because some of the uterine lining sloughs off during this time. Then of course the lining regenerates, only to be sloughed off again the following month.
that is pretty big. it could be a decidual cast. take it to your doctor to have it examined
