Any information on breast growth?

Ok I'm 16 years old and can barely fit into an A bra. My mom is DD, my sister is C, one grandma is DDD, the other is C and they all started puberty at a young age. Me on the other hand, I started puberty at 13 and got my period late too (15). What the heck is wrong with me??? I really wish I had large breasts like the rest of my family, or at least average sized...is it possible that I too will get large breasts, but just at a slow rate? Or am I forever screwed over?Any information on breast growth?
You're only 16, your body is still growing..... just give yourself some time before worrying too much about it...!

All the women in my family have breasts the size of my head. I have breasts the size of... well, my breasts. But I am considerably thinner than most of them. Things like over all body fat do play a role in how big your boobs are, so if you're differently porportioned you may just have smaller breasts for your whole life.
Puberty is a long-running process. If you're only three years in, there's still plenty of time for breasts to grow.
But having smaller breasts isn't really being forever screwed over. I mean, spend your whole summer in those great tanktops with the built in bras and don't worry about it. People are different.
