Are fat/obese women more fertile?

Are fat/obese women more fertile?
No. As a matter of fact, women who are typically overweight will have a higher incidence of infertility than women of a healthy weight. The reason being that the fat inhibits the production and metabolization of hormones, making commonplace activities such as ovulation unreliable.
I don't think it makes a difference.
i dont think so
There are no studies that show an obese woman is more fertile. There are many times that an obese woman actually will have a harder time getting pregnant and maintaing that pregnancy, A lot of overweight women have miscarriages which is very sad.
who knows ....they would have to actually be having sex to find see...so we may never know!
No... it is often quite the opposite. Fat women have excessive levels of estrogen, which makes them less likely to ovulate and makes changes in their uterine lining that make it harder for a fertilized ovum to implant. Insulin resistance is also an issue, and severe obesity tends to compromise your health and make pregnancy (which is fairly strenuous) more difficult.
I don't really think so. Underweight or extremely small or thin women, however, are more likely to have problems conceiving, during pregnancy, and definitely during the process of giving birth than average sized or large women.
