Yes, if you have a dark hair line it is best to wax, never shave as this will cause the hair to grow back thicker and darker
When I had something done to that area years ago a friend did a wax to the area.
If you are having a lot of thick hair in this area to where it looks like a mustache pls talk to your dr to be checked for hormone imbalances to see if that's the cause for the hair issue.
