Are there any foods a woman can eat to prevent menstrual cramps?
I don't know about food but drinking enough water for about two days before you start will help LOTS!! The more water you drink while you are on your period will keep you from bloating, too. If you do not get enough fluids your body will retain it's own.
I heard bananas.

No i really don't think there is.
Bananas help.
soda, lemons
There are some yoga moves (on elbows and knees, put your bum up and your head down, opening your front body.)
There are herbal teas like red clover and raspberry leaf.
I've only heard rumours about soy/tofu being helpful.

Bananas are the best. Chocolate will only make you feel good because of the endorphins.
