Average size for a 14 yr old girl?

I am about 5'3", about size 6 dress <however the tailor said i was a bit too big around the hips and chest for a 6, but could use it cause of my waist>, and i am a 34D...I was just wondering, is that average, above average? Any chance I could shrink or grow bra wise?Average size for a 14 yr old girl?
i would say thats normal - the 34 bit, u seem quite big being a D but i have friends that r in the same situation - being a B i would rather be bigger!

Basically ,u sounded big but u cant change it.Its all inherited grow yoUr parents .so ask ur parents that when they were ur age ,are they as big as u ????If yes ,it will be because of the meiosis process .So ,reducing bra size doesn't help but it causes breast cancer if you were wearing tight bra
