Also how long is going take , for them to take effect? After giving birth , i wont to take birth control pills . When can i take them ,if i didnt have period?
go to the doctor, he will tell you when to take them it takes two weeks or so for them to be fully in effect but ask the doctor specifics about the pill he prescribes you.
4-6 weeks later.
you shouldn't have sex for six weeks after you have a baby. if you plan to breast feed, do not take birth control pills.
if you are not breastfeeding, you can take them after the six weeks.
By the way you spell you shouldn't be having kids.
Usually, for birth control pills to be effective you need to continuously take them for an entire month, although some physicians will tlel you it's ok to have unprotected sex after 2-3 weeks. To be on the safe side, i would wait an entire cycle (all 31 days including placebo pills) to have unprotected sex.
You can start them right away. After having a baby we can still get pregnant even though we didn't have our period. I believe once you start to take the pill they start right away. I wouldn't take the pill then have intercourse right away. I would think it needs time to be in your system.
